What MSC was hired to solve
Customers outside Lebanon needed access to MSC's financial rails, but the local Lebanon-only product could not satisfy international compliance, multi-region onboarding, or cross-border identity checks.

Customers outside Lebanon needed access to MSC's financial rails, but the local Lebanon-only product could not satisfy international compliance, multi-region onboarding, or cross-border identity checks.
The approach
We split the international audience into its own brand and shipped a parallel app with international KYC, a hardened sign-in flow, an explicit security surface, and an in-app About page that documents who operates the service. The two apps share the same engineering practices but are positioned as separate products in their respective regions.
The outcome
Cross-border financial services for customers outside Lebanon with international KYC. The product is live under the MSC International brand and is operated by MSC Services as part of its ongoing portfolio.
