- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure

Processing times vary depending on verification requirements, third-party provider performance, banking and payment networks, and legal, compliance, and risk controls. We do not guarantee immediate processing.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the service type and status. In some cases, refunds may be issued as vouchers/credits. Refund evaluation is performed case-by-case and may require additional verification.
Refund timeframe: refunds may take 3 days up to 6 months depending on circumstances, provider delays, compliance requirements, or investigations.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from using the Services.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSC Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or data. If liability is legally required, it will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
