Instructions for requesting deletion of your personal data
MSC Services respects your right to control your personal data. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
What Can Be Deleted
Upon a verified request, we can delete:
- Account information (name, email, phone)
- Profile data
- Communication history (where not required for legal purposes)
- Usage data and analytics associated with your account
What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained as required by law:
- Transaction records (for compliance and audit purposes)
- Legal documentation
- Data required for ongoing investigations
- Data required for dispute resolution
Required Information
Please include in your request:
- Full name associated with the account
- Email address used for the account
- Phone number (if applicable)
- Specific data you want deleted (or "all data")
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. We may contact you for verification before processing your request.
Important Notice
Deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your account and all associated services.
