The approach
We built Yala Ride as a dedicated mobility brand with a phone-first sign-in, a self-serve password reset path, and a vetted driver network behind it. The same operational standards used across the MSC group — KYC procedures, published policies, and a single support channel — are applied to both riders and drivers.
The outcome
Ride-hailing platform with a vetted driver network and live trip tracking. The product is live under the Yala Ride brand and is operated by MSC Services as part of its ongoing portfolio.
